Why full-stack, in-house
Most software problems don't stay inside one layer. A slow page is sometimes a database problem. A security gap is sometimes a deployment problem. Splitting a project across separate frontend, backend, infrastructure, and security vendors means nobody owns the whole picture — and the seams between them are where things break.
Rctshuma Software exists to remove those seams: one team, accountable for the entire system, from the interface your users touch to the infrastructure it runs on.
